In June, a team of trainers from Media Wise trained 26 EU food security spokespersons in handling food issues and crises. The training was held under the auspices of the Parma, Italy-based European Food Safety Agency, EFSA, and was aimed at providing the food security communications professionals with the tools they need for training their own national experts.
The training of trainers took part in Bucharest and was well received.
The Media Wise team consisted of Emma Robson, Sinead Hewson and Isabel Walker.
